Misti Mowery
Founder & Senior HR Executive

Misti Mowery brings over 20 years of human resources leadership to every client engagement. She has led full-cycle HR departments at the executive level, overseeing compliance strategy, workplace investigations, employee relations, policy development, and organizational risk management.

While leading HR operations, Misti pursued formal education in employment and labor law, a combination that gives her a rare ability to bridge the gap between people strategy and legal compliance. Her philosophy centers on doing things by the book, with forward thinking and strategic planning that prevents problems before they arise.

She founded Neutral Ground Partners to fill a gap she saw throughout her career: organizations and individuals alike needed HR support they could trust to be truly impartial. That conviction is the foundation of everything NGP does.
